eutopia supported OCO to enhance the awareness of Florida as a business destination across key markets and sectors in Europe. OCO had already been working with Florida as their lead generation representative for investment attraction in key core markets for more than a decade. It was agreed that the perception of Florida in Europe however was predominantly that of a tourism hub as opposed to a leading investment destination – despite its relative strength across core sectors including Aerospace, ICT and Financial / Business Services. The key objective of this project was to re-position the Florida brand to European investors.

- Perceptions research across 6 core markets and 5 sectors to provide a baseline
- Development of value propositions, with specific emphasis by market – leveraging the demand side investment opportunities in those markets
- Development of multi-lingual country specific micro-sites to communicate those value propositions
- A comprehensive pan-European multi-lingual online and offline advertising campaign across general business and sector specific media
- A PR campaign to raise the profile of Florida as a business destination in the UK and France
- Campaign and event support at the Paris Airshow
